Feed format
A feed is a list of the parts you sell, one row per product. Most shops can export one from their website as it is.
Columns
| Column | What goes in it |
|---|---|
| part_number | Needed. The maker's own part number or model, as printed in their catalogue: NMT2120RN, 1.099-747.0, 660014, RN 132Sa4. Punctuation and spaces don't matter. Also read from mpn or model. |
| url | Needed. The product's page on your website, starting https://. Also read from link. |
| brand | The maker: Cat Pumps, Annovi Reverberi (AR), Comet, Hawk, Interpump, Udor, Speck, Bertolini, Mazzoni, Nicolini or Iskra. Give it when you can; a few numbers are used by more than one maker. |
| title | Your product name. Kept for your own reference. |
| sku | Your own code. If the part number column is empty or does not match, we try this too. |
| availability | in_stock, out_of_stock or to_order. A stock quantity works too. Leave it blank if you would rather not say. |
Other columns are ignored, prices included. The header names are not fussy about capitals or spaces.

How rows are matched
We compare the part number with every model and part number on PumpLookup, letters and digits only, so 1.099-747.0 and 1099747 are the same. A row matches when it points to one page. If a number belongs to more than one maker, the brand column settles it.
Rows that don't match are listed in your feed report with the reason. Most are parts PumpLookup does not cover yet, and they do no harm.
Each new feed replaces the last one, so a part you take out of the feed comes off PumpLookup. Give us a feed address and we read it every night.
